Furniture inevitably becomes old and shabby looking after long-term use, and it's common for little ones to express their artistic talents by scribbling with a paintbrush. Although it doesn't affect the functionality, things always look better when they're new... That's why we offer unlimited free refurbishment, so your furniture can always look like new no matter how long it has been used. You can even pass it on to your second or third child without any worries!
- We cover all refurbishment costs and there’s no limit to the number of refurbishment times. It's up to you to decide whether to pay for the round-trip shipping for refurbishment.
- If you have any refurbishment needs, please email photos of the item you want to refurbish to hawoodtw@gmail.com or send a private message to the HA Furniture fan page, including the following information: [Purchase platform/name/contact number/product name/product issue] for our verification.
- If you confirm sending it back for refurbishment, please pack the item and send it to our HA Furniture headquarters (Address: North Link Building, 10 Admiralty St, #05-19, Singapore 757695).
- Once we receive your item for refurbishment, we will contact you to verify the shipping address and other details.
- Generally, refurbishment takes twenty to twenty-five working days (excluding holidays). After the refurbishment is completed, we will send you photos of the refurbished item for confirmation before returning it to you (shipping fees to be paid upon delivery).
- Currently, this service is not applicable to countries outside of Singapore or outer islands of Singapore, for e.g: Pulau Ubin, etc.
- HA Furniture reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, and cancellations to this service. The relevant guidelines are based on this announcement and are subject to change without prior notice.
