Solid wood furniture has a long lifespan, but over time, problems may inevitably arise. It would be a pity to discard it, yet continuing to use it also raises concerns about safety. What should you do? Don't worry, we offer a lifetime repair service with an unlimited number of repairs. You only need to pay for shipping and materials, while we cover all the repair costs, extending the lifespan of your solid wood furniture!
- If you have any repair needs, please email detailed photos of the damaged product to hawoodtw@gmail.com or send a private message to our HA Furniture fan page, along with the following information: [Purchase platform/name/contact number/product name/product issue].
- After estimating the cost of materials for repair, we will provide you with a quotation. You can decide whether to pay for the round-trip shipping and materials before sending it back for repair.
- If you confirm to send it back for repair, please pack the parts of the product that require repair and send them to our HA Furniture headquarters (Address: North Link Building, 10 Admiralty St, #05-19, Singapore 757695).
- Once we receive your product for repair, we will contact you to verify the shipping address and other details.
- Generally, it takes twenty to twenty-five working days (excluding holidays) for product repairs. The process involves professional wood restoration work such as sanding and adhesive application to maintain aesthetics and practical safety. However, please note that repairs may not always be completely seamless.
- Upon completion of the repair, we will send you a photo of the repaired item to confirm the repair and return it to you (with shipping charges).
- Currently, this service is not applicable to countries outside of Singapore or outer islands of Singapore, for e.g: Pulau Ubin, etc.
- HA Furniture reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, and cancellations to this service. The relevant guidelines are based on this announcement and are subject to change without prior notice.
