365 Peace of Mind Warranty
A full year of worry-free usage of our products
If you discover any non-human-caused defects or issues with the product within 365 days of receiving it, please feel free to contact us! We offer free warranty repairs!
- Within one year of purchase, if the product is damaged under normal use, we provide a warranty for the furniture's wood body and related hardware components. You only need to bear the shipping cost for returning the item and no additional fees are required.
- Please take photos of the defective or parts that need repair and email them to hawoodtw@gmail.com or send them via private message to our HA Furniture fan page. After reviewing and confirming, we will arrange for the item to be collected for repair or be replaced with a new one, depending on the situation.
- Warranty Defect Criteria:
- Goods that have not been used and are not damaged by external forces.
- Damages and loss of parts caused by transportation.
- The following situations are not covered by the warranty (but you can send us photos for a rough cost estimate to determine if you should return it for repair, see detailed instructions on the "Lifetime Warranty" page):
- Damage to the wood surface or body caused by alcohol or corrosive cleaning agents.
- Improper placement of the product, resulting in water ingress, corrosion, falling, crushing or exposure to abnormal temperatures and humidity, causing damage such as deformation of the wood or mold.
- Destruction and damage caused by external forces, natural disasters, or human factors.
- Improper use, self-modification, incorrect installation, or damage caused by the addition of products not provided by our company.
- Other circumstances beyond the control of our company that render the item unrepairable.
- Natural wood grain and knots: Similar to how everyone has some spots on their face or body, wood grain and knots are the visual characteristics of solid wood and do not affect usability.
- Wood filling/patching: All solid wood during the air drying process will inevitably have cracks, which are filled, sanded, and painted, known as "wood filling."
- Color variation in solid wood boards: It is normal for high-quality solid wood to have color variations. As a natural material, even wood from the same tree can have color variations between its sunny side and shaded side, which is a natural phenomenon.
- Currently, this service is not applicable to countries outside of Singapore or outer islands of Singapore, for e.g: Pulau Ubin, etc.
- HA Furniture reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, and cancellations to this service. The relevant guidelines are based on this announcement and are subject to change without prior notice.
