Not satisfied within 30 days of delivery? Contact us! We will arrange for a representative to collect the item and provide an unconditional refund.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- When exercising the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please ensure that the product's packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included gifts are intact and in good condition. While all our products are new, furniture items are large and may sustain damage during shipping. If you encounter any damage and wish to exchange the item, please take photos of the damaged parts and email them to hawoodtw@gmail.com or send them via private message to our HA Furniture fan page. We will assist you with the exchange process.
- If you wish to return an item under the Satisfaction Guarantee programme, you may do so from the 1st day to 30 days after the date of arrival of the item.
- Please do not discard the receipt, as we need your receipt for exchanges and refunds. If you choose to discard the receipt, we will automatically exclude the item from the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Programme.
- Currently, this service is not applicable to countries outside of Singapore or outer islands of Singapore, for e.g: Pulau Ubin, etc.
- The following items are not eligible for this service:
- Seat cushions and mattresses
- Consumables such as wood polish, paper rolls, table mats, etc.
- Clearance items, display items, special custom-made items, and items with special specifications
- HA Furniture reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, or cancel this service. The relevant guidelines are based on this announcement and are subject to change without prior notice.
