If you're interested, please send a private message to the HA Furniture fan page and let us know that you want to participate in the Toddler Table and Chair Sets Recycle and Trade-In. Provide photos of the current condition of the toddler table and chair set in your home.

Once we confirm your interest, we will provide you with a form for you to fill out with the basic information of the originally purchased item.

Please pick a favourite piece of letterhead and write down stories, thoughts, etc. about how you and your child have used the toddler table and chair over the years, or have your child draw a picture to show how he or she feels about using the table and chair.

1.Pack the letter/drawing and the toddler table and chair set together.
You can obtain suitable cardboard packaging from the store to pack the table and chair set.

2.Send it back to HA Furniture headquarters at:

3.Send a message to the fan page to inform us that you have sent it.


4.If you need us to arrange for collection, additional shipping fees will apply. Please message the editor after packaging.

Once we receive the returned table and chair set, we will confirm the product's integrity and provide you with a unique discount code corresponding to the product (those with defects requiring refurbishment may have the refurbishment material cost deducted).

The discount code can be used for purchases over SGD420 on our online store.

Notes:

  1. Recycled items are limited to regular and extended toddler table and chair sets (1 table and 1 chair/ 1 table and 2 chairs). We do not accept single item returns, and only sets that can be refurbished and used without missing parts are eligible.

  2. Clearance items are not applicable to this campaign.

  3. The discount code is only valid for use on the official website and can be used only once. It cannot be combined with other promotions.

  4. Please use proper packaging and protection when sending back the items. If we find any human-caused defects during inspection, the discount amount will be reduced for the cost of repair materials.

  5. Participants in the campaign are responsible for sending back the products and covering the related shipping fees.

  6. The discount amount cannot be exchanged for cash or other promotional items.

  7. Currently, this service is not applicable to countries outside of Singapore or outer islands of Singapore, for e.g: Pulau Ubin, etc.
