- Installation services are available only in Taiwan (excluding the Hualien-Taitung area). Due to the challenges of transport, service is not provided to outlying islands or international locations. If your delivery address is in the Hualien-Taitung area, please add a shipping and installation fee of 900 NTD per set at checkout (e.g., for two sets of "Explorista" bundles, add two shipping fees).
- Due to high shipping volumes, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. After the order is processed and payment received, it takes about 30 working days for the logistics team to contact you by phone to schedule the delivery and installation.
