Taiwan's largest crowdfunding platform, Zeczec, celebrated its 11th anniversary with a moment of glory as it surpassed NT$10 billion in fundraising on August 4. This achievement not only signifies a significant financial milestone but also represents Taiwan's industries reaching towards a new, ambitious milestone. Co-founder of Zeczec, Xu Zhen, expressed that this remarkable achievement serves as the best evidence of Taiwan's flourishing industrial development. President Tsai Ing-wen made a surprise appearance at the press conference, offering encouragement and expressing strong support for Taiwan's originality.

President Tsai, in a recent Facebook post, voiced support for Taiwan's startup teams, aiming to make wonderful things happen. Crowdfunding has evolved into a new form of industrial development over the years, assisting many young local teams in Taiwan in realizing their dreams. The government will continue to create a free, friendly environment, allowing startup teams to unleash their creativity, supporting industry innovation, and jointly "making wonderful things happen."

The Zeczec press conference featured several teams that had previously initiated fundraising campaigns on the platform, including the Guide Dog School proposed by the President. This event was not only a showcase of creativity but also a strong endorsement of Taiwan's creative industry. President Tsai emphasized, "I also see parents designing a versatile bed set for their children," referring to the products of HA Furniture, highlighting the importance placed on meeting the needs of families.

Founders of HA Furniture, Zhang Jiaxiang and Wu Minxuan, relying on their parenting experience, continuously innovate, designing more secure, durable, practical, and aesthetically pleasing children's furniture. In 2020, HA Furniture first introduced crowdfunding for a children's Grow-with-Me table and chair set, which became the crowdfunding champion in the furniture category, achieving an astonishing success rate of 7,235%, setting a global record for crowdfunding platforms in the original design category.

In 2022, they officially launched the "Sleeping Castle" solid wood bed set, dubbed by parents as the "Transformers of the Bed World." In just 45 days of fundraising, it broke through NT$61 million, with an overwhelming success rate of 30,659%, once again setting a global record for crowdfunding platforms in the original design category. This wave of support inspired the HA Furniture team to have more confidence and invest time and energy in developing various children's furniture.

President Tsai reiterated that the government will continue to create a free, friendly environment for startup teams to fully unleash their creativity and strongly support industry innovation. This not only supports the Zeczec press conference but also a commitment to the entire creative industry in Taiwan. Whether it's the successful breakthrough of the Zeczec platform or the innovative journey of HA  Furniture, Taiwan's creative strength will continue to shine, outlining a more brilliant future for Taiwan.
